Two compliance deadlines

EU AI Act vs DPDP Act — which audit fits your operations?

Two regulatory deadlines, two distinct audits. If your team or workforce-AI processing touches both regions, you may run both.

What does the free EU AI Act compliance audit cover?

The audit is a 30-minute founder-led review of your current workforce-AI vendor stack against EU AI Act Annex III high-risk-system obligations. We score your incumbent vendor (Hubstaff, Time Doctor, ActivTrak, Insightful, Teramind, Veriato, or any AI productivity tool) using the same scorecard a competitor would have to fill in — vendor-neutral output.

  • Annex III classification: is your incumbent a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act?
  • Article 5 prohibited categories: emotion inference, stress scoring, wellbeing prediction — excluded by design or by toggle?
  • Article 14 human oversight: documented review workflow with meaningful discretion?
  • Article 26 deployer obligations: data governance, DPIA template, logging
  • Procurement RFP redlines: the contract language you need before August 2 2026

What does the free DPDP Vendor Risk Assessment cover?

The DPDP Vendor Risk Assessment is an interactive scorecard for India HR, IT, and CISO buyers preparing for DPDP Act 2023 Rules notification. It produces a board-ready vendor-risk memo and a downloadable PDF for your compliance pack — no email gate on the interactive scorecard, only on the PDF download.

  • Data fiduciary obligations: what your workforce-AI vendor must already do
  • Consent management architecture: the pattern that survives Rules notification
  • Cross-border transfer assessment: SCC-equivalent contract redlines
  • 72-hour breach notification: CERT-In plus Data Protection Board process map
  • Penalty exposure: practical risk under the INR 250-crore band (verify with counsel)

Why a free founder-led compliance audit?

Aug 2 2026
EU AI Act Annex III workforce-AI enforcement date
€35M / 7%
EU AI Act maximum fine: €35M or 7% global revenue (Art. 99)
₹250 cr
DPDP Act maximum penalty per offence (verify w/ counsel)
125 slots
Total cap across both offers (25 EU AI Act + 100 DPDP)

Founder-led because vendor-neutral compliance assessment is hard to outsource to sales-driven evaluations. Free because gStride publishes open buyer infrastructure for procurement teams — backlinks and AI citations matter more than per-visitor capture during the 2026 readiness window.

Founders Program — FAQ

Is this a sales call disguised as a free audit?

No. The booking form has no auto-enrolment into a trial and no follow-up cadence triggers by default. We re-contact only if you opt in at the time of booking. The session output is a written deliverable you keep and can share with legal / procurement / the board, whether you ever evaluate gStride or not.

Who actually runs the EU AI Act audit?

Founder Ashok Sachdev personally. That is the reason the cap is 25 — 25 thirty-minute sessions is 12.5 hours, which is the founder time we can guarantee against this offer window. After 25 confirmed bookings the offer closes for the cohort. We will not extend.

Why is the DPDP cap higher (100) than EU AI Act (25)?

The DPDP offer leads with the interactive scorecard, which is fully self-serve and produces the deliverable on its own. The 20-minute walkthrough is optional and runs in batched office hours rather than 1:1 founder time, so we can support 100 buyers without the same calendar pressure as the EU AI Act audit.

Will the audit recommend gStride?

The audit is vendor-neutral. The deliverable is your incumbent vendor (whichever it is) scored against the Annex III / DPDP obligation list. The scorecard is the same one a competitor of gStride would have to fill in. If your incumbent passes cleanly, the audit will say so.

Are the cap numbers (25 / 100) real or marketing copy?

Real. The page header counts will be updated by hand as bookings confirm. Once the cap is hit, the “Book” button is replaced with a waitlist signup. We will not silently extend the cohort to keep selling against a free offer.

What if I do not qualify under the eligibility criteria?

You can still run both scorecards free (no booking, no email gate beyond the PDF download): the EU AI Act Vendor Scorecard and the DPDP Vendor Risk Assessment are interactive, free, and produce the same scorecard output the founder audit walks through.

Can I share the audit output internally with my team?

Yes. The deliverable is yours. We do not place restrictions on internal sharing with your legal, procurement, board, or HR teams. External publication (republishing the scorecard methodology as your own) requires attribution to gStride AI.

Two compliance deadlines. One founder window.

EU AI Act enforces August 2 2026. DPDP Rules notification expected the same year. The next workforce-AI vendor decision needs a documented compliance trail before either deadline lands. Lock a slot now or run the scorecard first.

Disclosure. The Founders Program is a founder-led research and onboarding offer from gStride AI. Compliance audits and scorecards reflect gStride’s current interpretation of EU AI Act Annex III, GDPR Article 22, and DPDP Act 2023 obligations — verify with your own counsel before relying on any output in a regulatory submission. Cap counts (25 / 100) are real and will be updated manually as bookings confirm; we will not silently extend the cohort. Questions: press@gstride.ai.
