gStride AI is a four-person product team building productivity intelligence for mid-market teams. We read what teams ship — not how they type. We are currently hiring one role: AI Product Engineer.
How we got here
gStride is an AI productivity intelligence platform from Groovy Connect, India. The product reads outcome signals from calendar, project, and repository tools rather than keystrokes or screenshots. The team is intentionally small: a strategy pod, an architecture pod, and a build pod — paired with an agent fleet that handles eval, regression-gating, and content. Every workflow we run is AI-augmented end to end, including the one that wrote the page you are reading.
The bottleneck right now is engineering throughput. The W4 sprint shipped five product pillars, forty-five blog posts, and the lead-magnet funnel in thirteen days. Roadmap items — focus mosaic, recommendation engine, audit-trail ML, anomaly detection — are queued behind capacity. That is what this hire fixes.

- No keystroke tracking internally. Output is features shipped per week and eval scores, not hours logged.
- Every workflow is AI-augmented. Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot are paired with every engineer; agent fleets handle eval and regression-gating.
