Our story
gStride was started because the companies we worked with kept piecing together three or four tools — one for time, one for HR, one for payroll, one for projects — and none of them talked to each other. Managers drowned in dashboards. Employees felt watched, not trusted.
We took a different stance: productivity intelligence rather than surveillance. Read outcome signals from calendar, project, and repository tools to surface focus, blockers, and capacity. Bundle time capture, payroll, and shift/leave so finance and HR aren't stitching CSVs at month-end. Make every monitoring feature an independent toggle so privacy isn't an all-or-nothing setting.
